About the community
Park Circle is a master-planned community in Valley Center in North County. A December 2017 release described 632 homes, a neighborhood retail center, a central park, private recreation facilities and a trail network, with 52 homes set aside as affordable housing for qualified low-income buyers.
Shea Homes listed Summer at Park Circle (single-family motor-court homes of 1,733 to 2,022 square feet) in 2020. We have not confirmed what is still for sale today, so ask the builders before you visit.
What we found
- The developer's release is from 2017 and the Shea listing is from 2020; both are older than most pages here.
Before you visit
- Bring your agent on the first visit. The sales team works for the builder, and many builders only cooperate with an agent who is registered on your first visit. Read why it matters.
- Ask what is available right now. Phases, prices and incentives change often. Ask for the current price sheet, the lots or plans left and the estimated completion dates.
- Ask about the total cost of owning. Association dues, special taxes such as Mello-Roos and the property tax rate all change the monthly payment.
- Ask what an outside inspection can cover and when. New homes can have defects too.
Ask Rudy about Park Circle
Tell Rudy which community interests you and he will tell you what is selling, what the builder's agent policy is and what to ask, with no pressure.
