- Showings are usually set up with the listing agent, so a little notice helps. Rudy will tell you what is possible for the day you want.
- If you are not working with an agent yet, there is no obligation to anyone by asking for a showing. Rudy explains how working together works before you decide.
- Bring a pre-approval letter if you have one, since some homes ask to see it before a showing.
